Alexander: If I Prove That I Never Broke The Law, Do You Promise Not To Tell Another Soul What You Saw?

Alexander: If I prove that I never broke the law, do you promise not to tell another soul what you saw?

Burr: No one was else was in the room where it happened.

Alexander: Is that a yes?

Jefferson/Madison/Burr: Um, yes.

Burr: *reading the letter* Cold in my professions, warm in friendships, I wish my dear Laurens, in my power, by actions rather than words to convince you I love you-

Alexander: THAT’S THE WRONG LETTER!

Jefferson: My god.

I DO see a certain pattern…

I DO See A Certain Pattern

OK OK OK OK OK I’ve been obsessing over this scene for 4 fucking days now and I’ve got to get my thoughts out there:

Berlín loves Palermo just as much as Palermo loves Berlín.

Like one of the main reasons Andrés even started that ‘talk’ with Martín is probably bcs of Sergio’s talks. And then he thought “I need to say goodbye to Martín before it’s too late.” As @wishiwereakoala said, the 1% Andrés was talking about wasn’t desire but the knowledge that if he actually lets Martín have him, Martín will be twice as heartbroken and devastated when Andrés dies. And you can see the lil smile he gives out before Martín kisses him, which yeah he is also a smug bastard but he knew EXACTLY what was coming. And after Andrés admits he loves him, and calls them soulmates, he then slams Martín again a stone pillar and eats his face. Saying “It’s impossible” didn’t mean sexuality wise, he meant it as “we can never happen because (and in his words) you like me too much.” Adding “I’d give anything for this.” Which oh boy oh boy. Pure desire there. Let’s not mention the fact that he castrated that guy for supposedly making fun of his bowtie however it can easily be interpreted as the guy making fun of Martín for fixing Andrés’ bowtie and Andrés being a protective bastard. Thank you for coming to my TED talk no you cannot convince me otherwise.

This being said I don’t like Berlín as a character that much but Palermo can have a little rights.

*sees a character who looks like they haven’t slept in twenty years* that one. that’s my favorite.

Legolas, addressing the camera like he's in a documentary: Aragorn son of Arathorn has 51 distinct hugs, and I've taken the time to understand the subtle meaning and usage behind each one.

*camera zooms in on Aragorn about to give a hug*

Aragorn: Great job out there, Gimli.

Legolas, without hesitation: Number 23, the quick, congratulatory hug. A true classic.
