it’s true that mc didn’t break the promise but that’s all from her pov! you see, their povs clashed. jungkook thought mc broke her promise and mc thought jungkook broke his promise. there’s always 3 sides of a story; person X’s side, person Y’s side and the truth.

we know mc’s story is more detail than jungkook but if you read it a tad bit carefully, you’ll see that jungkook did not break his promise (speaking from his pov). the promise was to not leave each other. it’s true that jungkook acted like he doesn’t know mc and he maintained their relationship as pure boss and employee but he didn’t leave her right ✍🏻

whether he made the contract as a way to manipulate the promise and turn the blame on mc or not, we don’t know 💌 maybe for the upcoming chapters, we’ll get jungkook’s pov and finally the truth 🐣

I just saw your last ask and I felt bad, I know that you addressed her as aunt before and I just wanted to let you know it’s your story and if you want to call her aunt, you can since it’s mostly from Yn’s point of view I mean you did make it clear she was his mum even in all the scenes she was in with him, her character name was aunt but he addressed her as mum or you said his mother, even around yn you said jungkook’s mum. You can do what you like but if it’s what makes the story flow for you, don’t change the name. I know as a writer that some character stories really do make the story go and flow and shine for the author so if that’s the same for you (I hope I’m not taking lots of nonsense) then keep the name but maybe if it’s a bit of an issue out at the start that she’s jungkook’s mum and called aunt since that’s what you want to call her hehe, I hope this helped but again, your story do as you wish! 💗💗

noo don’t feel bad at all abt it 😭 i actually took it as a point to improve my writing. some people maybe still find it’s a bit confusing in the scene where jungkook and aunt binna was conversing bcs i used aunt albeit she is his mother. so i don’t want to make it confusing 🤕

i gave it a thought actually <3 i will continue using “Aunt Binna” but maybe only when yn is present, so if yn is not present at the scene, for example it’s a scene of jungkook and his mother, i would just use her name, Binna, instead of addressing her with ‘Aunt’!

I highly recommend reading this series in the right order which is from the prologue to the epilogue. This series is dark high school bully (romance), enemies to lovers, friends to enemies to lovers, friends to lover, arranged marriage. In my personal opinion and review, i like the author’s writing style: simple and informative. She’s a dark romance author! If you’re planning to read her stories, in her author note, she will put that her book is not suitable for faint heart etc and she writes dark stories that could be upsetting and disturbing.
