Katherine: I better hurry, don't want to give a bad first impression

[jingle of doors opening]

[a full vet clinic and a smiling front desk assistant]

Lily: You're all set, we'll call you with the lab results. Have a great day Mrs. Andrews, bye Ollie!

Katherine: Good morning! I'm Katherine, I'm the new Vet

Lily: Oh of course, Mrs. Ryan! Welcome to Happy Paws, we're so happy to have you. I hope the drive wasn't too bad?

Katherine: Oh, not at all, it was wonderful! This truly is beautiful town

Lily: Well, I hope you still feel that way during peak winter! Let me take you to Mr. Idol's office. I'm lily by the way

Lily: Right this way Mrs. Ryan

Katherine: Please, call me Katherine

Lily: Hi Mr. Idol, you asked me to let you know when Mrs. Ryan got here? err I mean...Katherine
