Hey hey :) Here's your Blue Lock match! I will say, I'm not caught up with the manga, so my selection was limited to the series, but I hope you like who I chose!

Blue Lock

So- It was so easy to chose and yet SO HARD. Like what- First of all, you are basically just genderbent slightly better Nagi. You two would clash and be too alike relationship wise so I tossed him in the trash. And then I didn't want to necessarily choose Reo because that seemed like the next best thing but your runner up, just had a few less pros than Reo did.

SO- let's start out with what's obvious. Reo knows how to work with Nagi? He knows how to work with you. You're feeling lazy today and don't wanna do anything? That's fine! He has no problem working for you today, just dont wear him down too much! He'll even pick up your room for you for a quick smooch.

You're having trouble putting something into words? He's patient. And smart! He'll play charades or something if that helps. He actually gets good at it after a while. Like how the Wanima twins communicate? Where Keisuke translates for Junichi- that's lowkey you guys after a while. Just feeling a bit cloudy and wanna space out? He'll gently hold your arm and lead you around or let you lean on him while he studies or something.

You see, what caught him was how quiet you were. His whole thing was wanting things he had to work for. Just like Nagi, he had to work to get you. You were shy, and that meant he'd have to put in effort to continue the conversation, get you to open up, he had to work hard to make your eyes light up even for a moment!

Don't worry about continuing the conversation, he get's it. And though he'll probably run out of things to say, comfortable silence doesnt bother him like it may others. Plus, if Nagi is with you guys, im sure he can also contribute to the conversation if he's not asleep or playing a game.

Oh and those figures? He'll buy you both and then a third. Maybe a fourth or seventh...Hey, he gets an allowance for a reason, right? Plus whats a few gifts when he wants to keep you around for himself? He was raised wealthy, so habitually, he believes gifts equal love and affection. Sometimes he can get carried away, but it's how he shows his feelings towards you.

It even bleeds into clothing. Oh, you like wearing comfy clothes?....Here's some idfk- gucci sweatpants (is that a thing??) Oh this? This is an oversized cashmere sweater. He totally pretended like it was an old one of his and was just giving it to you, but he missed one of the price tags in the sleeve- Your style? It's now the equivalent to BlingH20 Dogwater instead of regular slobbery tap water.

He's kinda a jealous and possessive guy even if he doesn't seem like it at first, so he definitely pays good attention to your interests and dislikes. Remembers things you don't even remember telling him probably.

Overall: 9/10. He's a real good guy for the long run. Attentive, hardworking, and wealthy. Only issue would be the jealously. Lowkey abandonment issues- once he's worked to have you he can't afford to lose you. Otherwise, he's a sweetie!

Before you sent me your doc, I’ve checked out your 'about me' and had Reo or Yukimiya as a potential candidate in mind, but once I looked through your doc it didn't take me long to know that Shidou is the one

I think he’s perfect for you, and you’re perfect for him ;)

The way you both met is very random, I don’t think he has parents, he just spawned into Earth one day, and eventually spawning into your life

‘Dislike being bored’ - not to worry, with Shidou you will never experience boredom, he’s an unpredictable guy who’ll always keep you on your toes.

Every moment you share together - whether it’s something more lowkey or something more spontaneous - will sure be an interesting one

‘Blunt and sometimes bossy’ - this is low-key Sae lol

Shidou is also rather blunt so he’ll appreciate your honesty and straight-forwardness

I don’t think he minds being bossed around, maybe even enjoys it, but don’t think he won’t bite back because he will :(

‘I love to dig an interesting subject in depth’ - I realized you both have the same favorite movie (according to egoist bible), so I can see you both engaging in an in-depth discussion about the it, sharing each of your own interpretations and perspective on its complexities

Which can lead to further discussions on other thought-provoking films or such.

Needless to say, those conversations are bound to be unique and may even let you see things in a new light

‘Dislike slow drivers’ - don’t worry, he hates them too. You both will have road rage whenever you guys are stuck with a slow driver in front of you.

It doesn’t matter if he’s the one driving or not, he WILL honk the horn

Speaking of which I don’t think you should let him drive...

...Or maybe do, the thrill of the ride will be very intense

‘Dislike people who don’t consider your efforts or qualities’ - You see how he is when Rin downplayed Isagi’s goal during the third selection, he’ll appreciate anything that is beautiful :)

‘Likes meeting new, funny or interesting people’ - with how Shidou is, he’ll definitely attract attention towards himself, so if you are with him you’ll probably gonna encounter all different types of people

Since you can speak French, he’ll probably ask you to be his translator if he ever meets with Charles again after the NEL, allowing you to meet a new, funny, very interesting individual

I don’t think your cat will like him sry :(

Maybe your cat will warm up to him eventually, but who knows how long that’ll take 💀💀

He loves the little things you do for him, like cooking him meat as a celebratory meal after dominating the field, giving him a new roll of toilet paper if he ever runs out since he takes a dump before a game for luck, handing him his clothes after he’s done being naked on the balcony…

Shidou can be very touchy to those he likes, but he respects boundaries and won’t do anything you’re uncomfortable with

Have fun with him, get that dopamine running, aw yeah that’s the stuff

No glaze, but this is such an underrated panel

Karasu being the only smart one on the field...just look at his expression and the way he commands, it’s beyond powerful

It really emphasizes and shows how high the stakes were in that moment, with the future of Blue Lock riding on this very goal. He knows they can't afford to challenge big boss Sae head-on, especially with the little time they have left, so he focuses on locking down the defense instead of offense to make sure the dumdums won't blindly go after 175cm butt fetish to steal the ball

Insanely hyped to see this animated. Just imagine the voice acting, it's gonna go so hard I'm telling u
