He's been having insomnia, visual and auditory hallucinations, and is much quieter, He also remembers all the routes and choices he made and feels very bad about many of his choices. Charles and Ellie are doing their best to help him.

Incidentally, Charles has discovered, over the years, that Henry likes him, and is conflicted with his own sexuality and his attraction to Henry.
