Hey Henry this is a random question but have you ever thought about getting a service dog because some people have service dogs for their anxiety and all that and I think it would help you if you had a service animal of some sort to keep your anxiety in check because it will alert others of an upcoming anxiety attack because they're trying to see the signs of when an anxiety attack is about ready to come
