Remember how everyone is convinced that Anne has a crush on Marcy?

Well I was minding my own buisness when I found this…

A broken heart right above Anne’s name. I didn’t think of it that much but then I remember a certain tumblr thread…

Anyone remember this little gem that got everyone hooked?

I think Anne is the one who’s doodling the “Book of Losers” not Marcy. I think Anne drew the ‘x’ between hers and Marcy’s name thinking that Marcy wouldn’t notice. But then who’s the broken heart for?

In the episode “Cursed”, Anne canonically breaks up her friends to their boyfriends from them. But if Anne is in love with one or both of the girls, then that fact must have been very painful for her.

In my opinion, Anne is in love with Marcy since before they got stranded in Amphibia. Anne tried to confess a million times but when she had the courage to, she finds out that Marcy has a new boyfriend.

Anne’s heart keeps breaking every time this happens and she expresses this through little doodles. She gave up trying to confess. She wanted to move on but she can’t. She keeps on dreaming for what she knows (or at least thinks) she can’t have.

Masterpiece, every one of them and even after all this time I’ve somehow managed not come across a good amount of them
