trickling thoughts and fumbling fingers. a moment of silence consumes his ever preoccupied thoughts. fickle ashes trickle the surrounding surface of his table as dainty tendons intertwine themselves to the nicotine feeding his system. he pleaded for an excuse, one that would numb out his senses and avoid the other in question. he didn’t have the mental capacity for mundane conversation or simply that of numbing sentences. he demanded attention, answers and a curt response to his questions.
the dimly lit room was purposely suffocating for those that dared to underestimate his power simply on appearances. leo could be frightening, with hair long enough to shade the subtle glances of deception. he was angelic with deception, wings butchered from his back and horns to replace them.
another flicker of his digits and crumbles of ash land on the perk of his finger. a breath escapes his lips as leo finally decides to make eye contact, pupils focused on the individual. “it wasn’t a request,” his words are firm, direct. a harsh delivery because he doesn’t want to consume his time feigning his interest. “let’s cut the bullshit and all your excuses and answer my question.”
head tilts with a patience before sighing and leaning back onto his chair. “tell me why you were looking for me.”
