I admit I am a no milk, no sugar tea drinker*.  But I find a lot of this highly relevant to my interests, especially the flow cart.

*There are some exceptions.  Chai tea or other teas with a certain flavor profile where the milk and sugar brings out the individual flavors that otherwise would be lost.  Restaurants that only have Lipton brand tea or put the tea bag in the cup long before bringing it out to you so that by the time it reaches you the tea is bitter and over brewed.  Which reminds me of a story.

I was out at a cafe a few months back with a close friend and after watching me meticulously brew a very lovely cup of earl grey she asked if she could have a sip.  I agreed and was privileged to watch a revelation occur as she realized that she did in fact like black teas. The reason she had believed she didn’t was because she had so often been served black tea that was over brewed.  Appropriately enough, many years ago we had a similar revelation where I convinced her she does like steak.  Moral of the story: Don’t over brew your tea and don’t over cook your steak.

Whenever Hagrid finally decides to retire as Care of Magical Creatures professor you can bet your last knut that Charlie Weasley flies back to England the following week excitedly waving his resume and recommendation letters from no less than two Scamanders and the Minister of Magic, Hermione Granger.
