okay this is low key kinda long, but:

“Look at me.” He complies, his lovely violet eyes dark and hopeless. “You told me to look at you earlier. And I am. Do you know what I see?” A pathetic man who- You continue talking, ignoring him. “I see the man I fell in love with in high school. He’s grown up and changed, but at heart he’s the same person.” You caress his cheek, looking deep into his eyes. “His face has sharpened and become more handsome.” He shuddered against your palm as you brush your thumb along his cheekbone and jawline. “His eyes show that he’s seen and experienced indescribable horrors. He’s lost that innocence. But I love him all the more for it. Because I’ve changed too. I’ve lost my innocent belief that we are untouchable. I’ve become harsher, more pessimistic, and less emotional. But you know what’s in my heart?” You take his hand and place it on your chest. Quietly he watches you, and you can see that your words are starting to penetrate the self-hatred clouding his mind. “In here lives the silly teenage girl who thought that she and all her loved ones were untouchable, invincible. The girl who cared too much about anything and anyone. The girl who spent hours daydreaming about going on romantic dates with her white haired classmate that always had a mischievous spark in his eyes. The girl who kept a meticulous journal of her dream wedding to a boy with purple eyes and beautiful markings around his mouth.”

ugh i'm just really proud of this dialogue and the way it turned out because i feel like the love reader has for inumaki really shines through

G: Do you write your story from start to finish, or do you write the scenes out of order?

so i typically write them from start to finish, but if it's a fic that's broken up into different scenes sometimes i'll skip ahead if i'm really struggling. or while i'm writing i'll suddenly get a really good idea for a last line, and have jot it down real quick.

H: How would you describe your style?

hmm...i wouldn't say it's particularly flowery or descriptive (i'm not creative enough for that unfortunately) but it's not boring either. i'd say it's pretty fast paced, normally with a dialogue heavy section and some fancy descriptive words. idk. what do you guys think my style is?

M: Got any premises on the back burner that you’d care to share?

oooh, okay. so, i've posted a loose outline of this, but a body swap fic with shouto is slowly being cooked in my subconscious, which should be a nice crack fic. i've also gotten some really good requests lately, which you can check out here. i was also thinking of writing a fluffy inumaki x deaf reader fic, as well as a super angsty drabble involving the miya twins from haikyuu. i'm sure there's more but i can't be bothered to remember and type all of them lol
