You got home from work, exhausted from the long day, ready to just crash into bed, after getting some dinner first of course. Luckily, your amazing husband had left you a leftover portion for you from dinner, which you quickly heated up and ate.

Speaking of your husband, you couldn't see him in the kitchen or living room, but you had ideas where he might be. Either in his office, your bedroom or your kid's room. You go to your room first, and he's not there. You take the opportunity to change into more comfortable clothes.

You walk by his office but he isn't there either, which only leaves one last place. As you walk to the room, you can already her him inside. When you open the door, you see him sitting on the chair next to the crib, your sleeping baby in his arms.

He's softly singing and doesn't even notice you until you get closer. He looks up at you, you can see that he's gotten a little tired, but he smiles still. "Hi." You say, leaning in for a kiss. "Hi. How eas work?" He asks. "It was okay. Glad to be home." You look down at your child, sleeping peacefully. "Fell asleep just a minute ago. Couldn't wait long enough it seems."

He handed you the baby and you gave it a quick kiss, before putting it into the crib, then leaving. Most days you did only get home when the baby was already asleep, but that was okay, because on other days you could be with ot the entire day.
