The closet door slamming and locking solidified your fate as you walked over to sit on the floor.

"That's your friend."

"He was yours first" The annoyed-sounding male voice said beside you. Jooheon, your best friend, invited everyone over to his place for a little small party. That friend group just happened to also include Changkyun. And don't get you wrong, he wasn't all that bad, he just had an attitude from here to hell that caused the two of you to constantly bump heads.

You believed that Changekyun had it out for you personally because he was always picking fights with you. You could never have a moment of peace without the ravenette male always having some shit to say. It could be the simplest thing and he would still find a way to piss you off. And it always worked, to the point where Jooheon started calling shortie, because of the short fuse you had when Changkyun was around.

The two of you were doing your usual banter back and forth, flinging insults at each other and trying to get under one another's skin. Jooheon had apparently had enough of the two of you and shoved you into a closet together, basically forcing you two to 'get along' or else he wasn't letting you out.

"Great, Look. Now we're stuck in here."

"Well you started it by running your mouth about my outfit."

"I wasn't saying anything bad, I just asked why the hell you had it on."

You rolled your eyes, "What else in the hell is that supposed to mean Changkyun?" You asked and He went silent for a second making you smirk. "Ah, I made you go silent, about time you don't have a quick-"

"I was thinking about raising that pretty little dress over your hips and fucking you senseless to get your ass to shut up."

You nearly choke on your own spit, "H-huh?" Changkyun chuckles dryly. "You really think I hate you?" He asked and you nodded slowly, you assumed that he didn't like you based on the way he acted around you so you just returned the feelings. Changkyun always had a blank expression on his face so it hard to read him and tell what the fuck was going on in his head.

"So you don't hate me?"

"No. Though you do annoy me sometimes. I actually find you attractive."

"So you were just gonna let me continue to be a bitch to you when you have feelings for me!? What the fuck Changkyun? You-"

"Are you just going to run your mouth or kiss me?"

You froze and huffed at him. "Make me." You say, squeaking when the male easily pins you to the ground with no effort. Changkyun smirks down at you, "Aww. I'm gonna miss our little banter, I like it when you're bratty with me." He says leaning down to whisper in your ear.

"Besides I like it when you talk back to me, Only makes me think of how fun it's gonna be to fuck you until you can't even remember your own name."

You gasped and He took that opportunity to kiss you, laughing a bit at your surprise. "what? Surprised at my words babydoll?" He asked, one of his hands lowering to caress your thigh.

"Now I'm mad at you for a completely different reason."

"And that is, Babydoll?"

"I could've been getting dicked down by you this entire time, and not thinking that you hated my entire guts."

This pulled a laugh from the male as the sound of the door unlocking and opening was heard.

The door was flung open and Jooheon stood there, "Alright time to- OH MY GOD WERE YOU TWO FUCKING?!" Changkyung rolled his eyes and raised up helping you up off your back. You hid in his chest as your face burned from embarrassment. He whispered in your ear again making your eyes go wide. "Don't worry, we can make up properly back at my place after this..."

"See I told you. Now gimme my 30 bucks Minhyuk."

"Fuck you Kihyun."

"Were you fucking betting on us?!"

"Duhhh Y/n, nobody expected you to go in and come out all kissy kissy huggy huggy on Changkyun."

"Y/n Please. Tell me what's wrong."

You sigh as you close your locker, Mingi was not letting up at all. You had made the mistake of wearing shorts today, so the bruises you had gotten the day before were on full display and the male would not stop pestering you about it at all.

"Mingi No-"

"Y/n look at yourself! You're hurt! Why won't you tell me!?" Mingi yells following behind you as you walked away. You shook your head, "Mingi I can deal with this myself." "Obviously not Y/n!" Mingi groaned obviously getting irritated with your lack of words.

Mingi was a new student at the Academy and he was already on the radar of many of the popular people at the school. He was an attractive, tall male who made his mark on the school by standing up to ATZ, a group that basically ran the school. He was wanted by everyone, but to you, he was just your bubbly best friend. He never showed the intimidating side to you, just the side that was too embarrassed to say he needed help on his homework, the one that trips over his own laces when he forgets to tie them.

"Y/n I know you hear me!"

You sigh and continue to ignore the male and walk to your next class, letting out a squeak of surprise when Mingi trapped you between him and the lockers. He looked down at you with a serious expression on his face.

"Just tell me dammit! You know I can dea-"

"I get beat up because of you, Mingi."

Your words stunned him, he was at a loss for words and the only word that could come out was "What?.." You ended up pushing past him and heading to your class allowing the words to repeat in the male's head.

"I get beat up because of you Mingi.."

This only fueled his drive to protect you even more. Mingi noticed from the first day he bumped into you, and you squeaked out an apology and quickly left. To when the two of you were assigned together for an assignment. He knew that you needed to be protected, to be loved, and have someone care for you because it was obvious that you were doing it alone.

Mingi let out a sigh of frustration as he leaned against the locker, he watched as students went by, a conversation peeking his interest.

"Ugh.. I can't stand that little bitch."

"She thinks she's better because she's friends with Mingi. "

"Right! And it seems like no matter what we do she still is beside him everyday."

"Maybe we should rough her up worse than usually, making break something?"

"Ooo!~ I like the way you think-"

Mingi snatched the two by their bookbags, "Say what you said again?" They were about to curse at him until they realized who he was, 'Who the fuck do you think you ar- Oh Mingi! What can we do-"

"Don't. You have 1 minute to say what you said or I'm dragging you by your hair to the principals office." He threatened earning looks of fear from them.

"Well none of the girls like y/n. They think she's stuck up, so we always bully and beat her up before and after school to see if she learns a lesson." One says fearfully.

"Minyoung is the leader or the posse! She's the one who makes us all do it!" The second one says.

Mingi glares at both of them before releasing their bookbags, "Sleep with one eye open." He says blankly before walking away.

He pulls out his phone and texts in a chat.

"Hey. Joong, who's at school today."

"Everyone, but only San and Seonghwa will be free after school. Why?"

"I need a favor. A big one."

After school, you sighed as you walked out of your class of the day, getting ready to head home when you were dragged by your bookbag into an empty classroom.

Minyoung was standing there with a baseball bat in her hands, a scowl on her face. "I thought we said for you to stay away from Mingi, y/n?" You backed away from her only to get held by two of her lackeys.

"I did! He came towards me! I can't help him coming up to me!" You yell in fear seeing her come closer with the bat. You recognized it as San's.

San was a friend of Mingi, and a member of ATZ, he was also someone who liked hanging around you for no damn reason. He was also a reason why there was a target on your head. San was another fine male and the girls were all crazy about him. You just wanted to attend school, it's not your fault that they wanted to be your 'friend'

"First Mingi, then Sannie? When are you going to leave our men alone?" Minyoung smirks before winding back the bat. "Looks like we have to hurt you more than I planned~"

She swung and hit you on your left leg, where a bruise was already formed. You cried out and dropped to your knees, the pain shooting through your entire body. "please I don't even want them! They're just my friends!"

"that's the problem! You're friends with them! You're taking the attention away from girls who actually want them you skank!" Minyoung yells swinging the bat again this time hitting your back.

Minyoung didn't stop swinging, she nearly hit every part of your body. There was beginning to be blood on the end of the bat. She then lifted your chin up with the bat. "This is our final warning. Stay away from them and fuck off!" She growled before swinging once again and landing a hit clean across the face.

You could've sworn you felt something break, but you fell to the ground. Pain filled groans leaving your body as the group surrounded you laughing.

Suddenly one of the other girls quickly came running over.

"Minny! Minny quick you need to stop!"

Minyoung rolled her eyes, "What are you feeling sorry for the bitch? Are you?!" She yelled pointing San's bat at her, before stomping on your bad leg again. You cried out, tears running down your face.

"n-no!" "That's what I thought now shut the fuck up and let me do what I do!"

The two went back and forth, not shutting up until a gunshot rung out in the classroom.

Another one of the lackeys who were guarding the door backed up and fell to the ground, a pool of blood pouring around.

Minyoung turned to the door with San's bat pointed, "Show yourself! Before you end up like this bitch on the ground!"

"Oh really? Will I now?"

Minyoung froze as a male came around the corner, dressed in a nice black suit, white shirt, his hair slicked back. You gave a weak smile "Y-yeosang.." you croaked out watching as San and Mingi followed behind him.

"Y/n!!" Mingi pushed past all of the girls and sunk to his knees, scooping you up into his arms. You groan in pain looking up at him, an ugly bruise beginning to form on your cheek. "M-mingi.. I'm okay-" "No your not. Shut up. You are not okay." He stood back up with you in his arms and walked over to Yeosang, handing you to him.

"Cover her eyes please, and be careful she's hurt really bad."

Yeosang nods before looking down at you, "You always find yourself into mess Princess." He says and you shake your head,

"Now, what you might hear is gonna be ugly. But it's all to keep you safe."

You were confused when Yeosang covered your eyes but the sounds and voices answered your question.

"You attacked her with my bat?!"

"Sannie I-"

"YOU HIT HER WITH A BAT?!"

Yeosang chuckles softly as he watches San snatch his bat from the black haired girl. San glares at at her when he notices blood on it "This better not be Y/n's. Because if it is..." He glanced at Mingi who already has a gun aimed at one of the other girls.

"is it hers? Because I don't remember San going to handle business today. And first off, did you steal this? This was in San's locker." Yeosang says while going to sit in a chair, you sitting in his lap, eyes still shielding by his hand. "That would be a shame, on top of assault, you are a thief?"

Minyoung shook her head, "I would never-" San snatches his bat from her and shoves her to the ground. "liar!" San yells and Mingi walks over to her grabbing San's bat from his hands.

Mingi stands over her, tracing her legs with the bat, a blank expression on his face. "You wanna know what happens when you mess with what's mine." Mingi says softly, and Minyoung whimpers "W-what?! Yours?! How could you like someone like-ah!!"

You wince as you hear the sound of cracking, and Minyoung screaming.

You could only assume he hit her leg with the bat.

"Don't" *Swing* "Ever" *Swing* "Touch" *Swings* "what's" *swing* "Mine."

Her screams were loud in your ears, and Mingi's yells of anger weren't doing anything to quell the fear deep in your stomach. You trembled in Yeosang's lap until a hand came and caressed your cheek. The hand runs across your face and wipes away your tears.

"Move your hand Yeosang." Yeosang moves his hand and your eyes meet Mingi's, He places both hands on either side of your cheeks.

"let me take care of you. It's obvious you are not capable of taking care of yourself" Mingi said and you could only tear up. This was far from what you wanted when you attended this school, you just wanted to get your education, not be in the middle of some damned love fight or whatever the fuck this was.

"M-mingi..I'm fine okay? I can go home and take car-"

"It wasn't up for discussion Y/n. You're coming home with me. I can't trust that anyone else isn't going to harm you." Mingi says releasing your cheeks. Mingi then picked you up out of Yeosang's lap, who patted your back. "Don't worry princess, we'll handle this for you. Besides, I think San wants to have a talk with them." He says motioning to the male who was currently rounding up all of Minyoug's little posse.

You knew for damn sure they either weren't leaving this room alive or they were either gonna be badly injured but you didn't care at all. You were too tired and were currently being forced to move in with your friend.

"Oh and Y/n, You're not attending school for the rest of this week, I'm informing our teachers, you need rest. I'll watch over you."

"Mingi thats-"

"No Arguing with me."

You sighed as the male carried you through the halls, you felt sorry for anyone who saw you. Mingi was blank-faced as he walked. He looked down at you before looking back up.

"I will protect you from them, It's not safe for you. I can't allow any more people to hurt you."

"So until then, you're never leaving my sight or my side little one.."
