Nap Time: Is your F/O a heavy sleeper or a light sleeper?

That depends. Sometimes when he’s really tired, he’ll be out until morning. But he usually J has insomnia so he frequently wakes up during the night and doesn’t sleep very long.

Saturday Morning Cartoons: How would you describe your F/O's sense of humor?

J’s sense of humor is obviously very dark. He also loves satire and really weird off the wall adult swim type humor. All my kind of humor. He loves that we have this bond.

Are We There Yet?: Does your F/O enjoy road trips? If so, where would you and them go if you went on one together?

J would be the driver. He has to be in control of the car. It would freak him out if he wasn’t. We would listen to our playlists and chat to pass the time.

Where we’d go? Hmm. Maybe hiking or camping somewhere. J likes being outside. I do too.

As far as J enjoying it, I don’t know. There’s a lot of sitting in the car involved and J can’t (and doesn’t like to) stay still for long periods of time. We would have to stop a lot and take breaks. J also has serious road rage lmao. He hates being in traffic or busy highways.

Regardless, I think he would enjoy it just because he gets to spend time with me. Nothing else wouldn’t matter as long as I’m happy.

I see a lot of posts saying "teach boys about consent".

While that is true, a lot of parents will do that and fail to see how their own actions are the problem.

If you've spanked him, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you've forced him to sit on Santa's lap, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you've forced him to give hugs and kisses to family members, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you've grabbed him in order to force him to sit still, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you've labeled him as "too sensitive" for not wanting to be touched, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you've assumed he's okay with something because he technically allowed it even though he felt pressured, he's less likely to understand consent.

If you're only going to criticize his actions but not your own, it won't work.

Tabby: Is your f/o snuggly? Are you? If so, what are your favourite ways to cuddle?

Oh yes! J is very snuggly. Well mostly. If he’s in a bad mood or just tired, I’ll usually initiate the snuggles to help him feel better. Most of the time he accepts it but sometimes he doesn’t want it and that’s alright with me. I just give him some space.

I love snuggling with J. (After I make him shower tho!) He’s sooo warm. Like my own little heater 🤭

Calico: Do you consider yourself lucky that you met your f/o? Do they consider themselves lucky that they met you? Why?

I’m very lucky to have J. We complete each other. He’s always there when I need him. He feels lucky to have me too. Not just anybody would accept him for who he is. He’ll always be grateful.

White Cat: Are your f/o's eyes particularly striking to you? In what way? Do they find themselves captivated by yours, in turn?

J’s eyes are absolutely gorgeous. I could stare into them for hours. I have brown eyes like he does except a lighter shade. He thinks my eyes are one of my best features. 💜
