A/N: Now, as someone who is 6'0" I couldn't relate but I hope I wrote it in a short person's perspective :') This was a request and to whoever sent it, I hope this does the request justice!

You and Gwen had recently started living together, it was easier than switching places every other night and you liked having her company 24/7. You guys kinda fell into a routine and it made your heart swell whenever you saw Gwen do anything domestic.

Sometimes it was hard being alone at home when Gwen went out for shoots. Everything in your house was made for Gwen specifically, which meant everything was about half a foot taller than you. Gwen jokingly bought you a grabber to use whenever she wasn't home but this day you lost it and you really needed something off the top shelf.

You were lounging about, vibing to music, enjoying your alone time when you wanted to make shave ice. The only problem was, it was on the very top shelf of the kitchen cabinet.

Why did Gwen put it all the way up there? You should have access to it too…

At first you tried getting on your tippy toes, your big pajama shirt riding up your thighs as you stretched but it was too out of reach.

Huffing, you tried jumping for it. It was so close, you even touched it with the tip of your fingers. You could do this, hell you touched it so that was progress right?

In your mind you didn't want to grab a chair and get it, you wanted to see if you could actually grab something off the top shelf. You were a big girl after all, you didn't need anyone's help.

With your music blasting you didn't hear the front door open or keys being thrown onto the counter.

A certain blonde was confused as to why you weren't there to greet her but as she continued on into the house, she could see why.

It appeared that she had a bunny for a partner. You were in your own little world, mumbling to yourself words of encouragement as you kept hopping up, barely touching the shave ice machine and Gwen thought that you were just too precious.

You huffed in annoyance. This jumping thing? Not getting anywhere.

Hiking up your shirt and tying a knot at your waist, you hoisted yourself up onto the counter. Gwen watched with wide eyes as you got onto your tippy toes to reach the machine. It was as if everything was in slow motion for the blonde. One second you were reaching out for the top shelf, the next you were in her arms, her arms secured around your waist.

You looked back at Gwen with wide, guilty eyes.

"Is my little bunny having a hard time?"

You whined and reached your hand up to the machine, "I just wanted shave ice…I don't get why you always put the important stuff on the top shelf anyway, I should be able to reach stuff too!"

Gwen smirked and patted your head, “Well we can fix that dear, no need to get upset love.”

She kissed your head before setting you down on the floor. Gwen easily plucked the machine off the shelf and set it on the counter and you rolled your eyes at her nonchalant effort. Since you wanted shave ice, she also did the nice thing and got out the ice maker trays since they were a bit too out of your reach in the freezer.

"There," she kissed your forehead and petted your hair, "Would my bunny like anything else?"

You shook your head in the negative and gave Gwen a smile. Now you could make shave ice for the both of you, and you got a nice new nickname out of it too.
