Hello loves! I’m so excited to finally start posting on this Tumblr! I have come up with multiple weekly posting ideas so every day is going to have a different theme & those themes will change weekly depending on which theme I’m feeling that specific day! Sadly I don’t have many ideas for the days but as soon I as come up with more, I will write them down in this post. I can’t wait to start posting & see what my followers are really interested in seeing from the posts!

♕ This Greville Emeralds have been in the royal family since 1942, when they were left to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. The set consisted of a Necklace, Earrings, & a Tiara.

♕ Princess Eugenie is the first member of the British royal family had ever worn the Greville Tiara jewel in public. It is said that the Princess often resembles a  young Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother.

♕ Emeralds have become a growing trend for royal brides.

♕ The tiara hadn’t been seen in public for nearly a century & has never been photographed on a royal head.

𝒟𝑒𝓈𝒾𝑔𝓃:

The Tiara is a small minor tiara. It features large scroll elements arranged across a geometric band of diamonds (The Halo Tiara has a total of 1,000 diamonds) & maintains all the characteristics of the Art Deco movement of design that started in 1925. The gems are of Geometric shape, in what’s described as a baton shape, topped by round diamonds that punctuate the points between the scrolls along the top. The scrolls have an almost wave-like shape on one side giving the piece a sense of movement. They are each covered in round diamonds and edged with a line of specially cut tapered square and rectangular gems. The triple line of round diamonds at the bottom complete the piece. The largest diamond—a round brilliant—highlights the top center of design.
