Literally carried the team despite not being a Ranger, ran Jungle Karma Pizza almost entirely on her own when the Rangers would go out on missions (way before she even knew they were Rangers), and finds out that they're Rangers COMPLETELY on her own. When RJ's wolf spirit got out of control she helped him (again all on her own, after literally being TACKLED BY A WEREWOLF it she still stares him down and talks to him and insists he won't hurt her, and gets him to snap out of it). When Lily gets hit and poisoned by a quill which causes her to act like a massive bitch, Fran handles it all on her own, takes Lily's morpher and threatens to go fight the MOTW with Casey and Theo herself (also gets fought by Lily which helps her snap out of the poison). Fran is the unsung GOAT of Jungle Fury and I will die on that hill, everyone on that team (especially RJ) is destitute without her
