I LOVE MY FRIENDS
it’s crazy how like, being social and going outside/getting sun and seeing close friends or even just friendly acquaintances can make a day better.
this is coming from a very socially anxious introvert.
like sometimes I get all in my head and think people hate me or whatever.
but then I go out and see people and try to be positive and encouraging to others and they give it back in return.
life isn’t so bad in practice.
…that said, I am exhausted and will be sleeping like a rock tonight.
