I imagine that with things cooling down for a moment, the inhabitants of Mareth would start building groups to oppose the demons. Maybe an order of paladins would spring up, like that one I vaguely remember mentioned got destroyed early in the war, though that might actually be from a xianxia mod.

One of those quirks but slightly deviated, most likely stronger but harder to control, or their quirks combined in some form, such as Psychokinesis, which might be limited to just pulling them towards him. If it was that, it could range from dangerous, if he doesn't get some form of resistance as well, to strong if it allowed something like flame absorption, or atleast a strong resistance to them.
