Do you have any info on the Grey Crow? (Corvus tristis)

Grey Crow (Corvus tristis), family Corvidae, order Passeriformes, found on New Guinea and nearby islands

Formerly called the "Bare-faced Crow"

Juveniles are pale, and adults are various shades of faded brown, gray, and black.

Feed mainly on fruit, but also eat small animals.

Like other crow species, they are social birds, often moving through the forest in small groups.

We always encourage people to love every aspect of themselves. When someone complains about the way they look, especially if it's something that's out of their control, a lot of people jump to tell them that they're perfect just the way they are and to consider being kinder to themselves.

Where's that sort of love for those with mental disorders? Why do so many people see any sort of positivity about them as "romanticising" or as some sort of clue that that person is faking?

We were either born with this disorder, or it was developed against our will. It is out of our control. I'm talking about ADHD, Autism, depression, anxiety, cluster A/B/C disorders, DID/OSDD, schizophrenia, bipolar, PTSD, along with every other disorder out there.

While it's definitely important to acknowledge the negative impacts they have, I believe it's crucial to take time to talk about the positive aspects of it, too. How are we supposed to live a content life while simultaneously being encouraged to hate and belittle a huge part of ourselves? It's impossible.
