Elsa did it again.

Today has just made me feel like I want to explode. Do you have any idea how much pain some of us are going through? Do you realise that I too would love to sit and cry over the family that I've lost and let everything out? But I don't, because we are in a class, we are in public, and it is not fair on anyone else. I am good at things too. There are many things that I can do which you can't, and many things you can do which I could probably never dream of doing. But I don't need to constantly remind people that I am good at these things. That brilliant mark you just achieved, well, I got better, but you seem over the moon that you achieved this mark, and I'm happy for you. I'm not going to shit all over your moment by interjecting with the fact that I did better. That's just horrible. I am happy with what I got, and that mark is my mark, nobody else needs to know it. If someone asks, ok, I'll tell, but I don't need to blurt it out to everyone without them asking, I don't achieve anything by doing this. I was brought up to be humble and modest, and it upsets me that so many haven't. I also don't need to be told what I should and shouldn't have done. "I can't believe you let her get away with that?". "I would have told them to fuck off". "Why don't you just tell them how you feel?". I deal with things in my own way. Sometimes I let people get away with murder because making it an issue won't help the matter. I don't tell people to 'fuck off' because I don't speak to people like that. I don't tell people how I feel because they didn't ASK me how I was feeling and until they do I'm not weighing them down with my issues. I just want to scream. At everyone. Right now I just want to get everyone I know into the same room and stand up on a fucking stool, down a large glass of red fucking wine and tell them exactly what I think. However, the reality is, tomorrow will come, and I'll go back to sitting there not saying a word. Fuck sake. I'll have that glass of wine though. Jesus.
