He gathers his stuff and throws his bag strap over his shoulder, carefully timing his next move so it doesn’t look like he’s rushing over, doesn’t look desperate. Even though, he kinda was? You hadn’t returned his apology texts or calls [a given, he should have known, but fuck], you hadn’t approached him on campus. You even asked Tae to reschedule the last session, with it being pushed back to about two, almost three weeks now.

Whatever it was, he needed to talk to you, and he needed to talk to you now. He may not admit it right away, but he did miss you. And he was sorry for the way he treated you. He was dumb, incredibly fucking dumb. If he could take it back and do this properly, he would.
