Today is october 7th officially marking 365 days, 1 year, of the most well recorded genocide in history; of an occupation of a people which has been ongoing for 76 years. An entire year of constant israeli bombardment. Hundreds of thousands killed and missing. All the while, the people with the most power to stop the genocide continue to support and defend the politicians carrying out the slaughter.

Yet, it is also a year since the Palestinian resistance definitively proved to the world that israel is not only not the all-knowing state entity many believed nor that they were invincible or undefeatable. Over the course of the year, the resistance and its allies in Lebanon and Yemen have handed out defeats to not just israel but the west lead by the united states as well proving that those institutions and militaries are not invincible.

In israel itself, tens of thousands of bsuinesses are closing or have closed; its ports are under blockade; the settlers are fighting amongst themselves or leaving; it is a settler colony beginning to buckle under the simultaneousforces of its internal contradictions and of the Palestinian resistance. No doubt the struggle for liberation and against settler colonialism will continue until all the contradictions are resolved just as it were it rhodesia and south africa.

I never understood why the elves don’t use their natural abilities. They have telekinesis and yet I don’t see it 😑. Sophie has used her telekinesis every once In a while but why isn’t that trained more? I think it should be just as trained and focused as concentration with nexus. You know how easy it could have been to beat Neverseen if they grabbed lifted them and hold them in the air and took them to the council? OR in literally ANY fights. You were, to my knowledge, the first bald KotLC character creator. It just so happens that I've continued my reign of terror (collecting bald characters) (having my friends make them for me) since. But the original bald Keefe and Stina will always be some of my favorites. I use to have Legacy minus Keefe plus a sword somewhere, too..... Was that, you or was that Mintie? Hopefully you'll understand my having some trouble remembering, considering kind of the whole thing was that you two were nearly identical.

Ah yes, Legacy cover with a sword. The Keefe fans did not like that. Objectively cool cover, though.

Stria had never felt an emotion like this before. It had been burning inside of her ever since she had seen him in the halls. His laughter carrying through the air, his hand raking through his disheveled blonde hair, the smirk directed at the girl he was talking to... all of these things had caught her eye and forced her mind to fixate on this boy. She couldn't help it. The feelings bubbling up in her made her wonder if she'd be able to control herself if she saw him again - she honestly doubted it.

She did, in fact, end up seeing him again. The very next day, she ran into him - quite literally. She turned around a corner only to bump straight into him, the close contact with him making her flush bright red, blood rushing to her cheeks. She stumbled backwards, dropping book she was carrying.

"Oh, hey, sorry," he smirked at her. It seemed to be his favorite expression. "Didn't see you there."

His casualness only made the feeling that much stronger. She ducked her head, trying to desperately to keep all emotion out of her voice as she said, "Didn't see you there either."

He knelt down to pick her book up. "I'm Keefe, by the way. And your name, beautiful?"

"Stria," she introduced herself, her heart beating faster as she met his ice blue eyes.

"Stria," he repeated, smirking yet again. "A pretty name for a pretty girl."

He reached out to hand her the book. As she took it, their fingers brushed, and that was the last straw for her. She started whacking him with the book and she fucking killed him.

ik people always talk about how Sophie never holds Keefe accountable or gets mad at him when he does something wrong (which I agree with)

but honestly she doesn't really hold any of her friends accountable

she got mad at Dex when he put the ability restrictor on her, Fitz after they broke up, and Keefe when he fought Dimitar

that's basically it

she lets most of her friends off the hook even when she shouldn't sometimes, it's a character flaw of hers it's not (always) something specific to her relationship with Keefe
