Elysia's genes came from the Vipralopa-class beast Maheśvara and that's basically all we know about it.

I don't think Aponia's is mentioned.

Eden's isn't exactly known but we know her active Honkai reaction form is reminiscent of a very big aquatic animal.

I don't think Vill-V's is mentioned.

Nor is Kalpas's but he he does catch fire in his active Honkai reaction.

Su's genes came from the Emperor-class beast Mahamayuri, which is a peacock basically.

I don't think Sakura's is mentioned.

Kosma's came from the Vipralopa-class beast Vishnu. It gained power from eating other Honkai beasts and taking their power. Kosma is like that because he ate a lot of Honkai beasts and now he has horns. Aponia gave him a discipline to make him stop eating everything and everyone.

Mobius's genes probably came from the Judgement-class beast Sesa. It was a big snake.

I don't think Griseo's is mentioned.

Hua's honkai genes came from the beast Garuda. It was basically a Previous Era copy of Benares so we can infer that it was Judgment-class. Hua gets dragon wings from her active Honkai reaction.

I don't think Pardofelis's is mentioned either.
