I wanted to join the trend and l’m a bit late but I’m still gonna post it. I saw this on insta and tiktok but I figure I’ll post it here too. The text reads: Are you in touch with your culture? … I am a simple Japanese Chinese person. I’ve got sake in my blood. And I dance with pandas. And my soul is torn apart.

I’m Chinese, Japanese and Canadian bc I was born in Canada. And I just realized that I could’ve had maple syrup in my blood. Anyway, I’m more in touch with my Japanese side bc my dad moved here when he was young so he doesn’t really know much about his culture. And I didn’t do any research about it through my life but that’s a story for another time.

Art assignment! For my final assignment for this class I made a zine about surrealism. I’ll probably be posting more stuff from classes bc I don’t have too much time to work on personal drawings. But I’ll have more time over the break, so hopefully I get some new drawings up :]
