I just got a reading that I need to put myself out there for my desires and that what I want is seeking me and looking for me too!! It’s a state where you are sleepy and you get to feel content and happy with what you have in the present. There is no need or worry for the desires at that moment so they say it’s a good way to manifest.

In a few words it’s detaching and another way to boost manifestation, not something necessary though.

Alternatively, you can detach by doing also other things and focusing on making you happy, and take the mind off the desire as much as you can, so you don’t stress about it.
