Usually allowing the desire to come without obsessing is key, cause we don’t get affected by our worries about “how” or “what”. This way we won’t try hard to make it happen -which actually pushes it away sometimes, plus we let it come the fastest way possible.

Let go by focusing on your life and hobbies, get happy for you and let your desires reach you easily. Just assume that “my desire is coming to me effortlessly”.

I feel like subliminals and imagining getting what I want aren't helping anymore :( my mind constantly shifts from positive to negative and it's hard to believe that I'll get what I want. Do you have any advice? Thank you!

Take a break and don’t manifest for a while. The truth is we do manifest still without being aware but don’t do actively. Try to stop for a while and do other more fun activities and then go continue either with the same methods or some new like scripting for example.
