sometimes i think people forget how genuinely YOUNG mickey was when he was dealing with all of this like he was a child a baby and he was forced into these dreadful situations because of his circumstances and unlike the gallaghers he quite literally had no one he could lean on he was completely alone and everywhere he went he had people calling him selfish or an asshole or a deadbeat he was a child dealing with the world and yet he still maintained such a HUGE capacity for forgiveness he never became a victim of his circumstances and he never took it out on anyone else he still found space in himself to forgive over and over and over and over again and that is what just astounds me about mickey milkovich he went through some of the worst things imaginable and did not let them destroy him and doesn't hold it against anyone else (despite the fact he absolutely rightfully could) buddy what the fuck
