I have to wonder, what would the mc do if they need specific meds.

Like think about it, what do they do if they need a specific medication that isn't available in twst? Do they ask someone like riddle who's parent is in the medical field if they have it, or do they ask the nurses? And what if they do have it how are they supposed to pay or even get it without a prescription? They can't exactly relay on Crowley for help.

Ok here me out, twst x reader. But the reader is the moon and the twst character is the sea.

Ok so if anyone who has played cookie run oven brake/ cookie run kingdom knows about sea fairy cookie and moon light cookie. This is a popular ship in the Fandom, and it boils down to moonlight cookie having to return back to the moon leaving seafairy alone. (it's hinted at that they have built a romantic relationship) eventually she creates a spiraling sea tower in an attempt to reach the moon, however seafairy gets frozen due to a curse and is unable to reach her.

In essence either the mc or the twst character has to fill out these roles. The mc has to leave but doesn't want to, the twst character is now determined to reach the mc even if the twst character get hurt or cursed along the way. Vice-versa the mc manages to find a way to make it back to twisted wonderland only for the cursed to affect them as punishment for returning.

The curse is either too strong for it to be broken or is deemed illegal to do so as it's supposed to show the world what happens to those who brake the world's/ magic mirror's rules.

Sickfic ideas twst version

(OK I'm back but I don't feel so good rn so have these thoughts)

Ok so mc catches a twst world sickness, those who were born in twst have a cure like the common flu/cold medicine, but it doesn't work on reader.

* the reader/mc starts off feeling sickish(sore throat, sniffles ect)

*these symptoms continue and/or gets worse as the days go by.

*eventually the mc can't put up with it or pushes themselves past their limits and passes out with a really high fever.

*the twst boys find out what the mc did and what they have(the twst sickness) and think that the remedy and some rest will put them back on their feet. But they still help them in any way they can.

* the mc however gets worse, their fever hasn't broken yet, it will lower then spike rapidly and they don't stay awake for long. They out slept leona at this point.

*eventually someone figures that because the mc isn't from their world the remedy won't work or at least isn't as effective. So they have to come up with a way to cure the mc or convince the head master to take them to a hospital or something similar.

*at some point the mc starts to get better and the twst boys are relieved, they help the mc with their homework that needs to be completed, or tutoring them in any materials they need help with.
