I personally am one of those people that believes that Martin’s first ever real relationship beyond a small handful of dates is with Jon BUT I think that before dating Jon sometimes he’d be in conversations with like coworkers shooting the shit about past romantic/sexual experiences and since those motherfuckers don’t need to know shit or speculate on his status AND since it’s fun it’s free it’s easy he’d just fuckin lie about it
