You huffed, frustrated from your lack of ability. Dowoon had spent the day off , he had decided to try to teach you the basics of playing the drums, which proved hard to do considering that you only play keyboard.

'Giving up is not in your dictionary, look, just do it like this.'

He gently placed his slender fingers around your wrist and guided your hands on to the drums, tapping it with a steady beat.

' 1, 2, 3 and a 1 , 2 -'

You had felt his breath against the back of your neck, which ultimately made you even more distracted than usual. Sure he was your best friend, but that didn't mean you couldn't find him undeniably hot, right?

Your heart began to quicken and a faint shade of pink stained your cheeks. This did not go unoticed by dowoon however. He let out a deep chuckle as he soon released his grip on your wrist, digging his face into your neck.

'Can we stay like this for a while, I couldn't help it, you looked too cute.'

His arms slowly wrapped around your waist and secured a firm grip.

The two of you moved to the couch and spent the rest of the day cuddling and watching sappy anime and dramas. By now the drums were long forgotten.

'Y/n, I don't wanna be your best friend anymore. '

He slowly spoke as you turned to look at him, a quizzical look on your face. However, before you could question him he took your hand and placed a loving kiss on it as his eyes met yours.

'I want to be something more than best friends. I want to call you mine.'
