If The Dottore Segments Come From Part Of The Original Dottore Does That Mean The Segments Will Be Missing

If the Dottore segments come from part of the original Dottore does that mean the segments will be missing the part they came from or will they have regrown it/ been created with it?

I RLLY HOPE HE DOES just imagime him being all neutral and dry with his commentary but once he pays attention to kaveh (which he does a lot to see how he is doing) he doesnt shy away to point out his mistakes or how he sucks, for fun and it pisses kaveh off sm that it just spurs him on even more ajdvjdbcn
