I headcanon that they dont get along at *all* bc Tornado thinks Tengu is an egotistical prick while Tengu thinks Tornado is bossy, annoying, and inferior to him,,, yeah dont put them on the same weather project XD

I’m redrawing that art I did of Proto Man in Wily’s office right now (because as an artist I unfortunately do not have the ability to like anything I, specifically, have made in the past) and I’m already seeing a lot of self improvement.
