Gaza: the Big Oven in Summer and the Graveyard of Children

Life becomes incredibly unbearable during the summer in the tents as the scorching sun turns the tents into ovens boiling the blood in the veins of the children, women and men. That is not even the worst part. How I wish it were!! The black angel of death roams all around the tents harvesting the souls of thousands of people. Gaza, unfortunately, has turned into an unlivable ghost city; the graveyard of children!

I had a conversation with Ahmed this morning in which he expressed his desire for his campaign to reach €13,000 by the end of the day today. He must walk long distances to communicate and check the progress of his campaign, all while trying to be there for his wife who is sick with a potentially lethal liver disease with only painkillers to help her, as well as watch their little girl, toddler, and baby. Let’s give his family some hope for when they are next able to check and help them achieve this daily goal. At €12,713, all they need is €287 — easily doable if we step up and DONATE!
