╰┈➤ With Sae, you never were 100% sure. You couldn't tell whether he genuinely liked your company… or if he just used you as a break from the crowd. So, you brought it up to him.

╰┈➤You decided to ask him why you were friends, why he spends so much time with you.

╰┈➤His answer was a simple, “I like spending time with you, you're the easiest person to be around.”

╰┈➤Thinking back on it the night after, you realized how his body language was. You remembered how he avoided eye contact, and how he had just the slightest tint on his cheeks.

╰┈➤You sat up all of the sudden, the realization finally hitting you. Sae likes you.

╰┈➤And you like Sae.

╰┈➤In the whole beginning of your friendship, Reo was nothing short of spoiling. He got you anything you wanted, but it never passed a certain amount of money.

╰┈➤Until you noticed the price tag on some of the things he had gotten you more recently. They were… more expensive than something you would give to a friend, at least.

╰┈➤And then you thought the gifts were turning more… intimate. Like necklaces, or jewelry. So you finally realized, Reo does not see you as just a friend. These gifts say otherwise.

╰┈➤Now, all you have to do is work up the confidence to ask him out. You know he'll say yes. He couldn't say no to you anyway.

╰┈➤Normally, when you spend time around Kaiser, he always teases you, or sometimes is genuinely mean. You never thought much of it.

╰┈➤Sometimes, occasionally, he would give you a compliment. But recently, you noticed the teasing was becoming more of a, “why is your face so red” type. He would give you a very flustering compliment, and then make fun of you for being red. He seemed more flirty than teasing and that was scaring you.

╰┈➤Until you got a comment from someone about how he always spends time with you.

╰┈➤You realized he's always around you, by your side, clinging to you. But why? What’s so special about you, you wondered. Until it clicked.

╰┈➤The flirting, the clinginess, it all fell into place. Kaiser wants you. And you were proven right just a week later when you confessed to him.

╰┈➤Isagi is always so sweet to you, no matter what. It was no secret, either. He was just so nice to you, and it was a nice break from the chaos.

╰┈➤Until you got invited to one of his games.

╰┈➤Firstly, you had already felt like that was a couple’s thing. Don't people usually invite their partners to their games? You were the only person he invited, too. So the thought he may like you was already lingering in your mind.

╰┈➤But then you saw his foul mouth, and the way he treats his opponents. The actual opposite way he treats you.

╰┈➤By the end of the game, it had finally clicked that he liked you, but Isagi was already running towards you to tell you himself.

╰┈➤Rin was always sort of protective. Even when you were younger, Rin would always make sure people weren’t being rude to you or you weren’t endangering yourself.

╰┈➤You never thought much of it, especially because it started when you were kids. It was just normal Rin behavior, right?

╰┈➤Until one of your friends pointed out how he reacted when you told him you got confessed to. He was… mad? He warned you about that guy, about how he was plain stupid and very unkind. Of course, those weren’t lies, just a very stretched truth. Your friends told you that if he was really your friend, he would encourage you to do what you want.

╰┈➤As a joke, another friend said, “maybe he likes you and is just being possessive.” That scared you and got you thinking. Suddenly, everything fell into place. The protectiveness, the warning about the guy… Rin doesn’t want you to date anyone because he wants you to date him.

╰┈➤And somehow, he was able to tell you himself one day.
