El Rock En Mi Forma De Ser
David Gilmour talking a bit about Fenders and playing his #0001 Stratocaster

“Robert Plant bought a 19th century rustic oil painting from an antique shop in Reading, Berkshire. That painting ended up being used for the Led Zeppelin IV album artwork. The painting was juxtaposed and affixed to the internal, papered wall of the partly demolished suburban house for the photograph to be taken.
The building in the background of the photo is located at Butterfield Court in Eves Hill, Dudley, England.”

SYD BARRETT
“ The Madcap Laughs” (1970)

“ Syd will always be the Pink Floyd for some of us older fans. He made this album, according to legend, while fragile and precariously out of control. Malcolm Jones, one of his producers at the time, denies this vehemently. I will go with Jones, as he was there. Highlight track for me is “Dark Globe,” gloriously disturbing and poignant all at once.”
