is it so easy to forget someone you wanted to spend your life with?

I'll be really honest here. I have never ever imagined my present/future with someone. That's the worst thing we do to our own hearts, rush to imagine spending whole life with someone. But the truth is, people are so unreliable Wallahi. I'm sucha loner that I barely think about spending my present with someone let alone the future :) So I don't think I'm the right person to ask this to.

As for "is forgetting someone easy?" It isn't. We cannot hit our heads to a wall in order to have a memory loss :) But if you seek Allah's aid, ask Him to help you get over something, I can assure Bi'idhniAllah... there's nothing that can stay longer than necessary. Ask Allah to busy you in something beneficial, get busy in seeking knowledge, self reformation and try helping others as much as you can.

Trust me, but life is so greater than wasting it over memories of someone who couldn't stay. Allah has sent us with a purpose. Don't let anyone or anything snatch that from you.

How to stop using my phone more than necessary? I am feeling I am so addicted to the phone 😑😬

I've been using my phone for about 2 -2.5 hours these days, SubhanAllah. So I actually cannot advise you boldly 😑😑😑

But one thing. That helps me is, keeping notifications off. For all apps. My phone's always on Do Not Disturb mode. Or airplane mode so it doesn't do ping ping everytime I receive a text or call.

I don't use social media apps except for Tumblr ('cause it doesn't have reels) login from chrome is way too stepped...so I don't go Facebook/Instagram often. I use apps only when I want to post a story or something.

I have alarms set for every hour /20 mins reminding about my work so I don't get lost in using phone. And then apart from my gallery, nothing is interesting in my phone 😂

All this Pro Palestine posting will take you nowhhere 😂🤣

Okay...but why don't we first talk about where it has taken 'You'... looking at the way you had to come off anonymous to tell me our pro palestine posts won't take us anywhere... :) That says a lot about your guts, innit?

Keep making Dua. Keep doing your part by seeking knowledge and sticking up to it.

Ya Allah may this horrific ordeal awaken the Ummah from its slumber and return them to your obedience.

Ya Allah, may this injustice remind us that truly this is a fight not between lands but rather against those who believe in لا إله إلا الله
