It's Ralsei from Deltarune, but with some design changes. Ralsei with his hat on the left, Ralsei without his hat on the right. Hat Ralsei's design does not digress from the original design that much. Green wizard hat with horns, green wizard robe with a black heart symbol printed on the chest, magenta scarf covering his neck and lower half of his mouth, completely dark fur, glasses with a green frame and white dot eyes. Additionally there are lots of green diamond shapes hanging up along the lower edge of his robe, and the scarf has now two branches with the end forming the shape of a clawed hand. The scarf acts like his extra arms and Ralsei is demonstrating his magic with both his real right hand and scarf right hand, while holding his hat with the scarf left hand and putting his real left hand on his back. Hatless Ralsei on the other hand, has his robe turned into sleeveless, open long coat. He's wearing long sleeved black shirt and long black pants with a magenta belt under the coat, and there's a dark green heart symbol printed on the center of the shirt. Along with his head, his bare paws and feet are revealed as covered in white fur with peach shades. His hair is quite fluffy so the silhouette of his ears is merging with his hair, making them hardly distinguishable. You can see his big eyes with pink pupils over his green-framed round glasses. His pair of magenta horns on the crown of his head are glistening like a plastic. He has same double hand scarf like Hat version, and he is showing off a glimpse of his magic in a pointing gesture with one of his scarf hands while standing in A pose.
