after two years (yes, really) i FINALLY, FINALLY finished the design and reference sheet of my lovely comfort sona / dragon diety, Anevelzhe. dear lord. i cannot express the amount of relief i have from knowing this is finally finished. i spent a lot of time and effort reworking her design from her old concepts, and i finally created something im really happy with and connect to a lot!! its a good feeling.

I’ve had this little animation as my after-work-project for some weeks! In the first Narnia book there is this scene where an old tired horse is given wings and renewed life energy, and the little illustration that came with it has stayed with me ever since!
Overall, I’m really happy with how this sketch came out. It was definitely hard to fail, because the source material was so amazing (Game of Thrones). It was both therapeutic and meditative to draw in all the little details; especially in a relaxed sketchy way. Thank you to all those that support me, and I hope that you enjoy your day. ✌️
