Q: Why they must be babies?

Answer: cus is based on the 2 barbie movies

Q: why there are 21 instead of 12?

A: flower month + each different stone with same flower of that month

Example:

December has one flower month which is holly but it has 3 month gemstones, then each Stones receives 1 holly

Q: can we choose variations of colors of the gems and flowers?

A: yes except yellow topaz do the fact it specifically says yellow topaz

Q: are they mistranslations of the name of the flowers?

A: yes... Very much. Google didn't help me to translate

Q: How does the choosing work?

A: u mark on the template which one you want or write which one u want

"i want daisy, diamond"

Q: what u gonna do with the babys?

A: draw them :)
