 Mewtwo was already created by genetic manipulation,but scientists have taken it further by fusing it with a Raichu. Due to this, it has become much more aggressive and its psychic energy has amplified it's new electric powers to 200,000 volts.

Totosaur are extremely hyper & jolly but get tired very fast. They gain all their energy back through photosynthesis.
I finally decided to contribute to the spinearl tag after months of staring at it. <3
Haxozard have very thick armor and their only weak spots are there tails and wings. They're seen rarely as they hide out in dark caves. Once they get angered it's almost impossible to calm it.
More old stuff. I swear i'll catch up eventually ;-;
Pikazard's hot flames always have the chance to paralyze. They are quick to anger but are usually very jolly pokemon.
