Okay, so, first things first. This is from a starlight brigade AU (kinda), mainly based on ideas by @ghosta-r The design and concept of Voidcore Strive is hers, while the other character, Vaya, is mine (more info on her coming soon.) and after some discussion, we figured ‘what if she was the one who messed with his core’. The short version of the story here is that Vaya works for the Void and was the one responsible for turning Strive into this, and given her personal grudge against him and the brigade, she could only accept and give her best. Maybe here she is even talking in the brigade through intercoms to taunt them further. Now, for this drawing, I also tried emulating Ghostar’s art style as part of a challenge hence why it might look a bit different to my usual stuff. Anyways, I got more stuff coming pretty soon, so see ya around!

Did you know Rapunzel has a TV Series?

Today is a mixed bag of emotions when it comes to the Tangled series. On the one hand, I’m really glad so many people seem to be discovering it for the first time this week. On the other hand, that just pulls into sharp awareness that Disney is not doing our show any favors in the marketing department. We’re well into season two now, and there are tons of people who still don’t even know it exists.

Keep spreading the word, guys. It really sucks that @cnotes is having to do all the marketing himself in a grassroots campaign and that the fans themselves are the only thing carrying it forward still. It’s a travesty that the new episodes aren’t being advertised at all, and the show itself is rarely getting any attention on Disney Channel. The other night, I saw the first commercial for it since season two began (and it wasn’t a new one or anything) and that was at, like, 1 in the morning.

Talk about it on social media. You never know when someone who, for some reason hasn’t heard of it yet, will suddenly become aware of it because of you. Absolutely, 100%, play up your love for Varian. If you love him, chances are good your followers will, too. Reblog gifs of Rapunzel and Eugene and Pascal and Max so that people will do double takes and say, “Wait, what? Why are they in that art style? Why is Rapunzel’s hair long?” If we get them talking about it and asking questions, we can answer those questions, and the answer is, “There’s this great series! Watch it, too!”
