Got your letter, it made my day. Been telling everyone you sent me nudes. I’m pretty sure they believe me and are super jealous. I mean how could they not be? Who got a baby out there sending them nudes? None of them. They are all real jealous. Ran even asked to see them, like I’d show him? Yeah right. Told him he should ask his girl for them if he wanted to look at a nice set of tits so bad. 

I really miss you, it kind of sucks here. I mean, I’m so happy I’m here with everyone. But it’s hard falling asleep without your arms wrapped around me. I’d even settle for your hair in my face right now. Ridiculous right? I know it bothers me so much, but it would be really nice get to smell your shampoo right now. All I smell is dude constantly.

I think I miss Izana, hard to deal with him not being here with us. Kakucho too, I hear he made it, and I’m pretty sure he is a wreck at this point. If you see him tell him how much we all miss him. 

I’ve been thinking about that time I watched all those videos about how Elvis wasn’t dead and I think I talked about it for days, to the point that everyone got annoyed with me. Well, except for you, and I really love you. I really love you and how you listen to me even if I can be a little much sometimes. No one has ever loved me like you do, I’m luckier than all of my friends, I tell them all the time. I’m the luckiest guy in the world actually. Doesn’t matter how many times I get knocked out, as long as at the end of the day I have you to come home to. You always patch me up and kiss my wounds and tell me that next time I’ll get the hit in first. Even got me that new set of knuckle dusters for my birthday last year, I’m glad I didn’t have those on me and they are safe at home with you.

I shouldn’t tell you this, but I think I got knocked out too fast again. The Haitanis told me they’d help me work on my speed, said I needed to hit the other guy first, like I don’t know that or something. It’s nice of them, though, glad we all have each other in here. 

Anyway, enough about jail life. I hope you are keeping busy out there. Keep doing everything you do every day. Don’t let anything fall behind because I’m in here, especially your schoolwork, because once I’m out you won’t get rid of me. It’ll be nice though, kissing you and holding you again. 

That night on the building, the way the lights from the stars reflected in your eyes as we laughed the entire night, that was heaven to me, that is heaven. 

Heaven is your laugh, even when I’m pretty sure I’m not funny. Heaven is the way you hold my hand and kiss me, even when we are in public. Heaven is the look in your eyes when we dance and sing all night. Heaven is the way your body fits perfectly against mine. Heaven is the way you say I love you every single day and I know you mean it. 

That mantra of yours, it’s funny because it’s so similar to mine. They say great minds think alike, and I like that because you are the smartest person I’ve ever met, and if my mind works even a little similar to yours I must be pretty smart.

I say it every day when I get up and the guys make me work out with them. I say it over and over while I picture your beautiful smile.

I’m happy my bed is so small because I don’t have to roll over in the middle of the night to you not there. It’s happened before, I woke up and reached out to pull you close. It was really hard, but I’m getting better at remembering where I am.

You know that feeling when you wake up out of a deep sleep and you feel disoriented? Like you don’t know where you are and everything is just not right? Every day is like that. I need you like I need to breathe. I need our life again. You and me against the world. With you by my side I can do anything, we can do anything together. 

I know I’m being a sap. You really are my everything and when I’m out we can do anything you want. Go anyplace you want. 

I think I can maybe get out early if I’m really good and keep to myself.  I heard it’s totally possible. I’m working towards it, just have to walk the straight and narrow. Although with my reputation it’s hard, everyone knows who I am. 

I love you so much, I hope you can visit again. It’s hard not being able to touch you, but seeing your face gives me hope and motivation to get the hell out of this place and never see it again.
