So about the Queen Bee AU, if izuku is slightly allergic to queen bee, won’t he sneeze sometimes? Just imagine him sneezing and QB (or a swarm of bees) fly out. This causes chaos around the others meanwhile he is either trying to calm them down or him just chilling in the background in the chaos.

Imagine a world where your quirk determines your path and your worth. A world that has no place for a quirkless boy.

So he accidentally creates a helpful (criminal) organization.

And he (not so) accidentally steals One for All.

May contain Izuku technically becoming a villain but still helping people, All Might running around like a headless chicken to find his stolen quirk, and All for One refusing to just go away.

QBs fusion with izuku has some side effects on him. one of them is sharp teeth. as you can see kiri is very excited about it. in this kiri and izuku are closer then in canon.

He can speak but it's really distorted at the beginning. He needs to get used to his new body, new density, new vocal cords no need for air yada yada. So no, but actualy yes.

A random guy killed izuku. He saw his potential with his quirk as a hero and said nah. So he got a gun and shot izuku in the neck. That's it for now.

For his reflection he would see himself as normal, no smoky stuff, for others just the orb in his chest.

Izuku enters some kind of hibernation state to regain energy where only the orb remains, so yes.

Izuku can't rip out his core but he can sit in AMs palms as orbzuku
