QBs fusion with izuku has some side effects on him. one of them is sharp teeth. as you can see kiri is very excited about it. in this kiri and izuku are closer then in canon.

Physically — probably not. However, while I won’t be going into detail for future plot reasons, Izuku knows his strengths — and has used them before to bring Goliath-esq. entities scrambling.

Also, if DFO ever would become true in this story— proud would not be the emotion I would use for their encounters and relationship.
