THAT'S SOMETHING I NOTICED THOUGH AJGNAJFN There is not a SINGLE person in the fandom that doesn't like Ethan. Anyone who knows who he is likes or loves him. And anyone who has no idea who he is, and finds him, will like him right away. He's just a really likeable character with a really likeable design. I feel like it's hugely bc of his goofy face and his silly name (tadpole, like who isn't gonna find that adorable. bro loves frogs there is no way he doesn't) so he may kinda be a comic relief character for a serious mod? Which of course is not a bad thing! That bit of a positive break from serious stuff (ignoring how Ethan was offed 😭) can make a character really likeable.

I like the og one more than the remake though. I do still like the remake one don't get me wrong, but there's something about his animation and the part where his eye pupils (?) get bigger that just freaks me out idk why 😭 I really like his sound for both though, he really is a great foundation for the music

Also I never noticed until recently that his polo is wearing a hoodie. I really thought he was wearing a suit jacket, knowing he's got a hoodie on makes his character cuter hehe
