Umm. Why are there taxidermy bats on Amazon?! Bats are a protected group of animals, meaning that the only place you should be able to find taxidermy of them is museums. The fact that they’re on Amazon means that Amazon is selling illegally obtained animals, likely poached. Sellers will claim that they “found” a bat and decided to turn it into a taxidermy piece. That’s bullshit.
I’m not surprised that Amazon is selling illegal items, it’s just awful that they’re selling taxidermy of animals that are legally protected.
Do NOT buy these items. If you want a bat, please just buy a plushie. It’s legal and doesn’t encourage poaching.

the scam allegations and the relentless dogpiling of Palestinian bloggers really gave the people who just needed an excuse to stop caring what they wanted. and for the blogs who aren't "racist per se" but also stopped caring about gofundme campaigns after Palestinian bloggers came out to the forefront to defend Shahed and Shaima's respective fundraisers. this website got the supposed "ending" to this "drama story of the week". and promptly moved on.
I need you all to understand these are real people. real families' lives at stake that you are hurting with your apathy with regards to donating. sometimes there would be 100 reblogs in an hour and there would only be a single €5 donation for Hazem.
the minute taglists aren't being attached to every single update post about the campaign, the gfm stagnates unbelievably—for hours.
there has only be 6 donations in the past 6 hours. the most recent donation was 3 hours ago.
Hazem has 5 siblings that he needs to evacuate, along with their parents. ive seen zionists dogpiling Hazem already, trying to discredit him despite him being a verified campaign.
We desperately need funds so Hazem could register his family for evacuation, please help him raise the remaining funds so the family is not separated. We simply cannot let this family trapped in north Gaza down. They have been displaced multiple times and have been suffering from food scarcity for 11 months now.

fidaa is a 29 year old woman from gaza with two very young children, muhammed and sila, one of whom was born during the war. her home was destroyed and she’s been displaced many times, and is currently separated from the rest of her family- her husband, her many siblings, and her parents. i can only imagine how nerve-wracking this is.
she’s doing her best to take care of her children by herself, despite facing hunger, thirst, widespread disease, and the threat of death. the other day, there was intense bombing near her and another family close to her was killed. life in gaza right now is hell and she told me they feel like they are just waiting for their turn to die.
fidaa and i talk often, and i feel lucky to know her. she’s an incredibly strong person, she travels long distances to find limited supplies for her kids and helps her siblings raise money even though shes separated from them.
but she needs help. the situation in gaza is so bad right now, the idf is preventing aid from entering and the food, water, and medicine available are extremely expensive. please share and donate to help her and her children survive and eventually leave gaza
