I want to start fresh with my mods folder, which means literally EVERYTHING is getting overhauled. Hairs, clothes, buildbuy, mods etc. And it's THOUSANDS of items and I'm so overwhelmed but my game is running mad slow because of UI gameplay mods, and I figured I might as well just overhaul the whole folder. Plus, the patch is coming up in like, a week anyways.

I also wanna build apartment buildings, since there's hype over the new pack, but there's no shot I'm getting it at launch; so I hope it still makes sense to make them? Idk
