How long were you stuck at the plateau 🤔
Around 5 months which wasn’t fun, I was constantly stuffing myself but the scale wasn’t moving, thankfully I was feeling and looking bigger during it, idk why the scale didn’t move bc I went up a full clothing size during the plateau lmao
