What Are You Using To Make Your Animation?

What are you using to make your animation?

Hoo boy--Well, first off I made a little flip book from stapled paper just for the heck of it and cuz my sister was using the computer. Then it turned out the scanner was too outdated to work, so I had to trace them into the computer using MS Paint. Then I switched between Photoshop and Plastic Animation Paper 4(it is simple and free to use, but outdated as heck) and eventually slapped it all together. But this whole painstakingly tedious process would have been a whole lot simpler(and nicer looking) if I had just used PAP4 to begin ...hahah oh well. :V

Since my computer just got a system upgrade, I tried using ms paint( cuz everything runs smoother, plus i’ve seen other artists use it). I think it worked rather well~~~ Perhaps I’ll try drawing with it more often

"Hello, everybody! My n--"  and I stopped there because I just wanted to practice.

I also couldn't find any sound clips/bites, but hopefully you can still read his lips. If anyone knows where I can get some I'd very much appreciate it. :)
