“I fucking hate it here,” Ava declares, throwing herself back in her seat and folding her arms over her chest. It’s probably the twentieth time she’s repeated the statement so far this week—and it’s only Wednesday. “Is it 5pm yet?”

Jimin looks up from the paperwork splayed out in front of him, raising an eyebrow at her before sparing a hopeful glimpse to the clock ticking away aimlessly on the wall. He’s disappointed to see the hour hand barely grazing 11am, and the thought of having to spend six more hours in this place has him slumping in his seat and emitting a groan of frustration.
